Last 2021, I received as a birthday present an unusual, and exquisite gift: a Paella Gourmet delivered by El Chef of Miami. I have to say that I was not only surprised, but glad to discover that the good taste and quality in food still remain in this town. Chef Andres Roig has an special touch on his cuisine, and an extraordinary sense of what flavor represents and means for those who, like me, love to eat. I haven't tried a paella like that one in years! He delivered a professional and excellent service, and his food is not only highly recommended, but a must-try for all who love paella.
